Strawberry Chia Pudding Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Chia might be a regular on the superfood scene these days, but the ancient grain continues to impress us with its incredible versatility, popping up in smoothies, cereals and even pasta. Our favorite way to eat it right now? In chia pudding, a mini meal that’s the perfect solution for anyone who wants to keep it light—but still really nutritious—in the AM.

Healthy recipes for healthy breakfast, it is a low fat diet which is the best meal idea suggested to get protien and omegs-3-rich. Get fit good by switching to mixed chia pudding. This is a weight loss food which can be used as breakfast on the go. Enjoy this healthy treat with you guests as chia dessert.

The basic principles behind this recipe are straightforward. Once you get ’em down, you’ll be able to assemble this treat in your sleep. Prep the pudding by mixing chia seeds in milk (ideally almond milk, but some combo of milk or coconut milk will work too), which allows the particles to expand. Then you add a touch of your sweetener of choice (we like honey, maple syrup or agave) and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight. By morning, the protein and omega-3-rich seeds will have transformed into a pudding with a deliciously chewy. Just add your toppings (if you like) and grab a spoon.
Pro tip: Prep two or three jars of pudding at once and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days.

1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Vanilla Nut Milk
2 Teaspoons of Gave or Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Strawberry, Banana (Your Favorite Toppings)
